“Amici del Museo” - Membership Card1. Rules
Membership cards may be purchased, during opening hours, at the bookshop located in the Museo Fondazione Roma, via del Corso 320 Rome – Italy and are valid for one year from the date of subscription.
Membership cards are strictly personal and non-transferable and must be shown at the entrance together with an unexpired identification card.
2. Terms and Charge
Three levels of membership are available according to age and entitlements.
- Junior Membership Card (under 26 years of age) € 30
- Personal Membership Card € 50 – Dual membership card (two named adults) € 80
- Gold Membership Card € 100
3. Loss and cancellation
In case of theft, loss or damage to the membership card, the holder may ask for a duplicate by showing a copy of the report filed with the pertinent authorities together with his/her identity card.
Once purchased, the membership card may not be cancelled or refunded.
4. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent by registered mail to the Fondazione Roma Museo, Via M. Minghetti 17, 00187 Rome - Italy.
5. Privacy Protection
In compliance with the Italian Law number 196 dated 30th June 2003, all the personal data supplied will be stored and processed, both in protected paper or electronic files, by the Fondazione Roma and the company the Foundation has appointed to sell the membership cards. Said data shall be used exclusively for the implementation of the terms herein and for any communication pertaining to the activities provided for by membership. The Fondazione Roma is in charge of the processing of all personal data.
6. Jurisdiction
Any controversy arising from the purchase of the aforementioned membership card shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Rome. Any issues not explicitly provided for by the general conditions herein are governed by the Italian law and Civil Code.
